Hi! My name is Amelia Stafford, I am a degree qualified registered medical herbalist, naturopath, clinical nutritionist and natural fertility educator (B.Nat Med, NFNZ, NZAMH, B.Com VPM). I have been in clinical practice for over 10 years and throughout my career I have been lucky enough to learn directly from some thought leaders in this field, such as the wonderful Dr Lara Briden.

After working by myself in clinical practice, I saw a need to expand my team to be able to help more women achieve their health goals. Our team provides caring, thorough and professional healthcare. We approach each client’s unique health situation using evidence-based treatment plans, scientific research and combine these with traditional holistic principles.

Our team specialies in all areas of women’s health. We assist people from young reproductive years (think period pain, acne, irregular cycles), Endo, PCOS, HA, fertility, pregnancy, through perimenopause and beyond (GSM, Vaginismus, BV, Metabolic health).

Outside of work you can find us all enjoying nature, hiking, skiing, trail running & exploring wild and wonderful places. Meet My Team!
