Medical Herbalist | Naturopath | Registered Clinical Nutritionist | Natural Fertility EducatorHi, I’m Amelia Stafford — a degree-qualified, registered medical herbalist, naturopath, clinical nutritionist, and natural fertility educator with over a decade of clinical experience. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the most respected voices in women’s health, including the incredible Dr. Lara Briden.
After many years in solo clinical practice, I recognised the need for a more collaborative approach — one that could support more women, more deeply. That’s when I expanded my practice and built a team of like-minded professionals who share my passion for high-quality, holistic women’s healthcare.
Together, we deliver caring, thorough, and evidence-based care, combining the latest scientific research with traditional naturopathic and herbal wisdom. We treat every client as an individual, developing personalised treatment plans designed to support real, lasting results.
Our team specialises in all aspects of women’s health — from early reproductive years (period pain, acne, irregular cycles) to complex hormonal conditions like endometriosis, PCOS, and hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA), as well as fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause, and post-menopause concerns (including GSM, vaginismus, BV, and metabolic health).
Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find us soaking up the natural world — hiking, skiing, trail running, and exploring wild and wonderful places.
Meet the team — we’re here to walk with you on your wellness journey.

B.Nat Med, Registered Medical Herbalist, Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist
Hi, I’m Ustiniya — a degree-qualified naturopath, medical herbalist, and clinical nutritionist with a deep passion for women’s health, particularly it’s intricate connection with the nervous system and gut health.
My fascination with herbal medicine and the human body began early. I vividly remember foraging with my grandmother, picking and drying medicinal plants, and carefully noting their properties in a little notebook. That childhood curiosity, combined with my personal health journey navigating irregular, painful cycles, fatigue, and digestive challenges, naturally led me to the path of nutrition and naturopathy.
I believe in holistic healing that empowers. My goal is to educate and support women in understanding how their bodies work, equipping them with practical tools to take charge of their health. Like my colleague Amelia, I approach each client as a unique individual—drawing on evidence-based treatments, natural medicine, traditional wisdom, and a whole-body perspective to create personalised, effective care plans.
When I’m not in clinic, you’ll find me in the surf, foraging, making art, experimenting in the kitchen, reading, or on the Pilates mat.
